Another gorgeous day for
our Blessing - A little cool with a breeze (that's Chapter Director
Nappy Alves warming his hands); but truly a perfect Spring riding day.

It's mid-morning and the bikes are starting to come in numbers.

The parking lot begins to fill, still a good 1.5 hours away from the start of the Blessing.

Bikes stretch along the shoreline literally as far as the eye can see.

As always, PIXY 103 FM
Radio was there to support us. We also received air time from
other local radio stations, including Dunes 102. The support is
much appreciated, and Blessing participants like being kept in the loop
on how the event is going.

At High Noon the Blessing begins, led by a motorcycle escort provided by the Chatham & Dennis Police Departments.

blesses the bikes, first going up one side of the parking lot, then
down the other. At this point we've turned around at the tail end
of the Blessing and are heading back towards the gate.

We've made our way back
to the gate and are passing our Chapter members, with Debbie DeMello
& Vice President Karl von Hone looking on.

And so another successful Blessing comes to a close, with the bikes following our lead truck out towards the exit gate.
