Welcome
to the Massachusetts VI Chapter of the Blue Knights International Law
Enforcement Motorcycle Club, located on Cape Cod, Massachusetts in the
United
States of America. I think the title says it all, as we are
active or
retired law enforcement officers who ride motorcycles, with the Club
serving as
a fraternal and social bond. If you'd like to know more about the
Blue
Knights and download an application, click on Blue
Knights
Info. To
contact our Chapter, send
us an email.
The MA VI Chapter was
formed in January of 1976, with some of the members who formed the
Chapter originally belonging to MA I (Brockton) back when it first
started in 1974. We are one of 60 different Chapters of the
regional Northeast Conference
(NEC), which includes Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New
Hampshire, Rhode Island & Vermont in the United States, as well as
New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Nunavut,
Ontario (Eastern), Prince Edward Island & Quebec Provinces in
Canada. Our main event, which we established in 1976 and is
always held on the first Sunday in May, is our annual Blessing of the Bikes, . We
currently have 23 members in our Chapter, who ride a variety of
different bikes and are located all across the Cape.
Our Chapter meetings are
usually the third Sunday of every month at 6:00 PM, and we meet at
different restaurants across the Cape, as well as members' houses from
time to time. For a complete list of Chapter Meetings and Events,
as well as other Blue Knights events in the New England area, click here. We're always looking for new
members; so if you qualify, see Blue Knights
Info and the section on joining, or get in touch with one of us and
we'll go from there.
